Here is a short tour of a completely renovated 1 bedroom apartment we have here at 1751 Victoria Park Ave.  The apartment still smelled of fresh paint when I shot this video.

The apartment has 4 brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances - fridge, stove, microwave oven and dishwasher.  There is hardwood flooring through the entire apartment except the kitchen and washroom.  The three piece washroom has all new fixtures and environmentally friendly, dual flush action toilet.  You can see in the video that the water pressure is great.
